Notice on Further Improving the Work Related to the Release of Electricity Tariff Policies

To: All Municipal Development and Reform Bureaus (Commissions) at prefecture level and above, China Southern Power Grid Co. Ltd., and Shenzhen Power Supply Co., Ltd.,

　　To further optimize the environment for doing business, increase the transparency of electricity tariff policies, and make all consumers know about the tariff policies in advance, we hereby issue this Notice on Further Improving the Work Related to the Issuance of Electricity Tariff Policies, in accordance with the Notice on Optimizing the Mechanisms for Releasing the Electricity Tariff Policies by the General Office of National Development and Reform Commission (FGBJG [2019] No. 487), as follows:

　　1.Any policies for setting or adjusting electricity tariff rates for end users shall be made public one month in advance on the official websites of the Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the competent price administrations, or otherwise subject to the specific requirements by the State Council.

　　2.The power supply enterprises shall perform their tasks and duties in publicity, notification and interpretation of and in relation to electricity tariff policies in full compliance with the contents and process time limits provided in such policies, to ensure that the consumers will be informed timely through different channels.
